This Silkolene Castorene R50S Motorcycle Oil 1 Litre bottle, is a castor based blend which incorporates synthetic lubricants and additives for enhanced lubricating qualities. Castorene R50S minimises the risk of thickening and lacquer formation, it can be used for both 4-stroke and 2-stroke engines, air and water cooled however silkolene Castorene R50S is not fully soluble in alcohol fuels or methanol. This SAE 50 Oil improves lubrication, minimises high temperature thickening and lacquer formation; ideal for dry sump speedway engines. Please note that this is a castor based oil which requires more frequent oil changes and CANNOT be mixed with any Mineral Oils.
