This Givi BF11 Tanklock Fitting for Ducati Multistrada 1200, 2010 models and onward, is designed to accept a variety of Givi Tank bags using the patented Givi tanklock system. Once fitted a Givi tanklock Tank Bag will sit slightly proud of the fuel tank to prevent marking or scratching the paint work and to give easy access to the locking mechanism release button which is fitted to the underside of every Givi Tanklock Tank Bag. As this system locks the tank bag into place it negates the need for heavy magnets and multiple retaining straps, as fitted to more traditional motorcycle tank bags, making it easier, lighter and more convenient to transport, especially once you are off your motorcycle.All the fitting bolts, instructions, and a mounting plate are included with the exception of the Givi ZT480F 2R Motorcycle Tank Lock Flange Ring, which is is included when purchasing any new Givi Tanklock Tank Bag or as a separate item for multi-bike ownership where a Tank lock bag is to be used on more than one motorcycle. This Givi BF11 Tanklock Fitting Kit will enable various Givi Tanklock and Givi Tanklocked Bags to be fitted and removed easily.
